ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
1. Check in:
Guests can do the checke in from 14:00, and can be done before if apartments are available;
2. Check out:
Guests are requested to check out until 11:00;
3. Cleaning of suites / apartments:
9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
4. Reservations:
We request prior information on the date, time and number of people including children to arrive;
At the time of booking, we request a deposit amount of 50%, corresponding to the value of the rented suite / apartment;
In case of late arrival without prior information, the host has a deadline up to 20:00 of the expected date of check in. At the end of which automatically the reservation is canceled without the respective refund of the deposit amount;
In case of cancellation, it must be made up to 15 days before the date of check in and the guest will be refunded.
5. Forms of payment:
Payment must be made at the time of check in, via transfer or cash;
6. Restaurant and laundry:
The management of the Ossanzaia Bilene Lodge informs that at the moment it does not provide these services, foreseeing to offer these services soon.

Up to 8 people are allowed in apartments T3.
2. Utensils:
1 plasma TV + remote, 1 air conditioning + remote, 8 dishes, 8 bowls of soup, 8 cups of tea and saucer, 8 glasses of water, 8 wine tastings, 1 plastic jug, 8 spoons, 8 tablespoons , 8 forks, 8 knives, 2 serving spoons, 1 ladle, 1 fork of brai, 1 skimmer, 2 pots, 3 tablespoons, 1 skillet, 1 meat board, 1 glass bowl, 2 glass platters, door 1 glacier and 1 freezer.
3. Damage or lack of utensils:
In case of damage or lack of the tools referenced, the host must make the payment of the respective. Find the value of each item on the Dairy Guest;
4. Rational use of electrical energy:
When you are away from the suites, please turn off lights, televisions, air conditioners;
5. Objects of value:
The management of Ossanzaia Bilene Lodge is not responsible for any valuables left in the suites. Wishing you can deposit them at the reception;
6. Pets:
Pets are not allowed inside the premises of Ossanzaia Bilene Lodge;
7. Prohibitions:
It is forbidden to bring people who are not registered at check-in into the apartments;

2 cups of water, 2 glasses of wine, 2 teaspoons, 1 electric kettle, 1 pot, 1 glacier, 1 cable TV + remote, 1 air conditioning + remote.
